My husband and I were there in March, off-season! We liked the hotel, it is very well located: close to the promenade area and the old town - for which it was chosen! There are no complaints about the food, the bar at the reception has very tasty Turkish coffee! But ... there was one significant minus - next door there is a long-running 24-hour counter!!! Most likely, 2025 will not be a very good decision for all those who came to relax in the nearby hotels. Despite all the advantages of the location and the beautiful view of the sea from the room, I do not want to return in the near future

We stayed with my wife for five nights. We were incredibly satisfied, from the food to the cleanliness, from the friendliness of the staff to the quality of the massage. I definitely recommend it.

I am writing from the hotel right now. The food, the room, the cleaning, the pool, the sea, everything is great. I'm sure the room we stayed in is larger than most houses in Germany. The view is wonderful. You can easily come with your family. The staff shows the best care they can. Guests from Germany can easily choose this hotel. Almost everyone can choose this hotel. He knows German and you won't feel like a foreigner. Don't forget to eat the pasta of my friendly brother Koray.

Everything is good except one guy in receptio, we decided to reserve a room for june for 10 days, but this guy is not helpful at all (unfortunately i did not see his name tag) thanks to the other receptionists who are willing to help and helped us.

Her sene severek gidiyoruz. Kızlarımla birlikte gittiğim için güvenebileceğim bir otel arıyordum sonra Side prensesle tanıştım. O kadar benimsedik ki 2. evimiz gibi oldu. Garsonları, aşçıları, şefleri , temizlik personelleri, resepsiyondakiler( özellikle Adem Bey) hepsi ayrı ayrı çok ilgili, saygılı, güleryüzlü ve çalışkan… Yemekler, çorbalar, tatlılılar, salatalar, kuru pastalar, içecekler o kadar çeşit çeşitti ki hangisini yiyeceğimizi seçemiyorduk, lezzetlerine söyleyecek söz yok. Animasyon ekibindeki Can’a, Batu’ya, Büşra’ ya, Yasemin’e ve Nihat Bey’ e de ayrıca teşekkür ederim bizimle çok ilgilendiler her gün bizi doyasıya eğlendirdiler, ( Özellikle Batu çok kibar, eğlenceli, yetenekli ve ilgiliydi) perşembe ve pazar günü gelen canlı müzik ekibi inanılmaz eğlenceliydi, cuma günü yapılan Türk gecesi de adetlerimizi, gelenek ve göreneklerimizi muhteşem bir şekilde yansıttı onlar sayesinde tatilimiz daha bi coşkulu geçti. Yaklaşık 13 yıldır geldiğimiz otelde ilk defa bu kadar suratsız, ilgisiz lakayt ve sorumsuz bir personel ile karşılaştım. Lobide bulunan Ümmühan isimli personel 2 kahve getirmekte şekil yapıp geldiğinde sanki mahkeme salonununda sen nerelisin nerden geliyorsun sorularını bir hakim edasıyla sormakla fazlasıyla itici bir yaklaşım sergilemektedir. Otelin gülen yüzü personellerin içerisinde güller arasında bir diken gibi hemde giris lobide insanın karşısına çıkması adeta ilk bakışta hayal kırıklığı gibi oluyor. Otelin girişinde gülen yüz yerine ilk gördüğümüz personelin suratı ve tavrı 5 yıldızlı tatile degil mahkeme salonuna gelmişiz gibi bir hava yaratıyor. Bu kadar olumsuz bir personelin yanında elbette Ahmet bey ve Bediha hanım gibi ekstra başarılı ve güleryüzlü personelleri de tebrik etmek gerekir.
